Oops! It looks like the magic link failed.

Please review the following and then try again:

  1. Try rebooting your device and requesting a new magic link. If you have any questions on how to do that, check out our community article of How to log in with a magic link
  2. If using a mobile device, the first time you use a magic link, the link will be launched in your browser, and you will see a dialog box that reads, “Open link in the app?”
    • Select “Open
    • Do NOT select “Cancel”
    • If you selected “Cancel,” on a previous attempt, please clear your browser history, and request a new magic link.
  3. Please make sure you open the magic link on the same device you used to request it (e.g., if you requested the link on your mobile app, please open the link on that same mobile device).
  4. The magic link expires after 5 minutes. If you don’t use your magic link within 5 minutes of requesting it, you’ll need to request a new one.
